Recreational program is designed for those without any training experiences. Therefore it includes 6 weeks of base training where you combine freedive training with hypercapnic swimming drills. During that time you will also do plenty of swimming drills to improve your technique. The average distance you swim in the first month and a half is between one and two km. Later on, the program focuses on freediving sets combined with high-intensity CO2 and CO2 swimming like in any other program. At the beginning, dry training is focused on endurance and strength and later on it includes dry apnea workouts.
Advanced program is for those with some training experiences and sufficient swimming technique. Therefore, you start straight with freediving related drills like in the second half of the Beginner program. At the end of Advanced program the intensity of breath-hold training is higher.
Each month we discuss training progress, exercises and drills as well as future plans. According to that, we adjust the Elite training plan. Personal adjustments are very welcome when an athlete is sick or injured, has a limited access to training facilities and when there are competitions in the middle of the training cycle.
Personal 1:1 coaching is completely individual. It also includes coaching for depth and coaching during the competitions. The training plan is designed according to your ambitions and weekly schedule. It is adjusted every week after conducting 1:1 call.
Elite + consultations has less consultations and adjustments are made only to the original Elite training program.
