    Our goal is to peak your performance for a specific day or part of the year. To achieve that we developed a set of smart training cycles, each one lasting between four and six weeks.

  • Inovative workouts

    Each session is a new adventure divided into different sets. They need to fit into your micro cycle and should keep you motived for the next training session.

  • Time efficiency

    Time is your most valuable asset, therefore you need to use it wisely. Our sessions are not longer than 60 minutes and organised to fit into your weekly schedule.

  • Technique

    Either it is a swimming style, stretching or advanced equalisation techniques you should always work on the technique first. Our knowledge and experiences are here to help you.

  • Intense recovery

    Planing your resting time is one of the most important tasks of a coach. With the right nutrition, stretching and training routine you can significantly speed up the recovery.

  • Stay healthy

    Don't learn things on your mistakes. Your health is our main priority and we will do our best to help you with avoiding overtraining, lung squeeze and improving safety on your training sessions.

When we learn how to perform a proper breath up and trigger mammalian dive reflex, we start progressing really fast.
