We have been part of the competitive freediving since 2008. In this time, we were actively involved in the evolution of freediving training systems. There was limited knowledge available at the beginning. Medical and sport science were not interested in freediving as much as today. Therefore we were testing different theories on our own. Combining knowledge from various sports like swimming, Yoga, strength training and nutrition brought first results in 2014. With a distance of 226m, Mateusz broke his first world record in dynamic no-fins discipline and Samo started diving below 100m without being limited by the lung squeeze. Since then, we set multiple world records and won numerous medals at World Championships.
In order to stay on the top and help others to progress faster, we are researching and developing new approaches for our smart macro and micro training cycles. The combination of pool and dry trainings have helped many athletes to successfully peak their performance for big competitions, record attempts or a spearfishing session.
If you want to stay healthy on a longer term, you need to follow a specific recovery routine. Realising the potential of nutrition and time efficiency of each training session was the biggest game changer for us! Smart training cycles give us enough time for recovery and steady progress.
It took a while before science has showed some interest in researching freediving physiology and effects of hypoxic and hypercapnic training. Therefore Mateusz and Samo got involved in several researches which are allowing us to improve our programs even faster.
Since 2014 over 450 freedivers in Poland and Slovenia are following our smart training programs on a weekly basis and are achieving extraordinary progress. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to boost your freediving performances!
